Lounasravintola Lalli Liiga-Saipa Oy
The lunch restaurant Lalli in Lappeenranta’s ice rink is owned by Saipa, which plays in the SM league. About 150 to 200 people have lunch in the restaurant every day. In addition, the restaurant is used as a VIP restaurant during hockey games, as a food restaurant for various events on weekends and as a restaurant for private events. During the renovation, the restaurant hall of the lunch restaurant Lall was renovated to make it more modern.
The whole that CDM answered included the color, material and furniture design of the premises, as well as project management. The aim of the renovation was to make the restaurant hall cozier and warmer. In addition, we wanted a durable material for the floor that would not warp.
