Liiga-Saipa Oy
CDM was responsible for the planning and overall project management of the approximately 300 square meter premises of the Liiga-Saipa league team. The design was user-oriented. The views of the users were collected from players, coaches, maintenance staff and physiotherapists, and based on them, the functionality of the facilities was modified together. In addition to dressing rooms, the complex also included lounge and service facilities. The design included color and material choices as well as furniture, textile and lighting design. In addition to planning, CDM was responsible for comprehensive project management, i.e. budgeting, bidding for furniture, procurement and scheduling up to the move.
The change was big. The starting point of the design was Saipa’s brand and values. The change was intended to increase comfort and functionality and to show that the staff is really cared for.
