CDM is a creative agency that designs spaces. We manage the entire design process, from ideas to cost-effective project implementation and the finished space. Our strengths lie in designing office, commercial and school premises.
Our interior projects range from light makeovers to comprehensive conceptual deliveries aimed at changing the working culture. We know how to use interior design and digital tools to support change leadership. Our design is known for the richness of experience it generates and its focus on the client.
We make success. With joy, passion and from the heart. A desire to see our clients succeed — that’s what drives us.

Our design is based on the client’s brand as well as understanding of their business and vision. We look for solutions that match our client’s needs and exceed expectations.
Our design service is comprehensive: it includes dividing the space by function, choosing colours and materials, and designing furniture, textiles and lighting. We also design the space to be functional, adaptable, accessible and cleanable. For example, school upholstery needs to be extremely durable, and commercial premises need to be designed for productive space usage.
Through our design, we imbue spaces with tangible energy.
When a client engages us as project manager, they are entrusting us with the entire process. We also give our client the best, most suitable options. Here, trust is key.
The project begins when the design has been approved. We convert the choices into a budget and draw up a project schedule. We are responsible for delivering this budget and schedule. We attend site meetings, maintain contact with the developer and other designers such as HVAC and electric designers. We take care of the tender, orders, and commissioning inspection of products. We supervise work on the client’s site and coordinate the move to new premises.
We take responsibility for the entire process, allowing the client to focus on their business.
When spaces change, their usage and ways of working also change. Involving users from the start of the design process is essential, as their needs are crucial. They need ergonomic work stations, natural meeting spaces, relaxation rooms and clearly defined storage.
We know the challenges associated with work disruption. We set goals for the change in cooperation with our client. We listen to, encourage and support them. We train for the change and make new ground rules with the client. This ensures they can use the new premises as smoothly as possible and that they can achieve their goals.
A functional space excites and commits employees while supporting their welfare.
The basis for school design is the curriculum and the municipality’s strategy for delivery of the curriciulum in school. We involve all users in sharing their ideas and making an impact on the future learning environment. Here, we use KatiBot, the digital tool we have developed. For example, space planning can support co-teaching, and furniture design can support natural interaction.
Digital tool for learning environment design
KatiBot is the digital tool that we have designed for learning environment design. It allows us to analyse pupils’ and teachers’ views. The questions it asks are based on the curriculum and welfare profile. The answers to the questions allow us to go through the new learning culture, the associated values and the learning environment.
The information gathered by KatiBot is an important basis for designing a new school. It shows the users’ preferences and the pedagogical method, which are used for architectural and interior design.
