Teknosafe Oy
Teknosafe, which specializes in security products, built new facilities in the carbon-neutral Mioni park in Imatra. The decision to build was based on the need for storage, but at the same time, new store, maintenance, training and office premises were also built.
In addition to the color, material and furniture design of the premises, the entire project handled by CDM included the entire project management and change coaching.
The goal was that the door would be tighter and the facilities would be functional. The new premises enable direct connection between the store and the office and between the store and the warehouse, which shortens employee transfers and enables office work to be done in the store. More workstations were added to smaller office spaces. Open spaces increase interaction and ideation in ad hoc discussions. In addition, we wanted a training space with its own entrance and lobby spaces, so that the space can be rented out to other people who need training facilities.
The project progressed smoothly and lasted just under a year.
