Business Finland is a Finnish public operator that offers innovation financing and internationalization services and promotes tourism and investments in Finland. At the end of 2022, after the corona virus, the organization decided to pilot a new hybrid work model. During the piloting period, we wanted to hear the personnel’s view of the new model. CDM Involver made it possible to collect data using a human and interactive bot interview. All employees were able to discuss on an equal footing, anonymously and confidentially. The response rate was 60%, which can be considered really good for personnel surveys.
The key finding of the survey results is that the piloted model responded well to the needs of the personnel. The results will be used when making final decisions about the continuation of the model.
