Meidän IT ja talous Oy
Our IT ja talous Oy – commonly known as Meita – offers a wide range of ICT, financial and personnel management services. The company’s new premises of approximately 1,500 square meters in Lappeenranta were renovated for multi-space working before the move.
CDM was responsible for the color, material and furniture design of all spaces of the three-story building, as well as project management.
At the beginning of the project, 150 information workers’ views and wishes for the design of the new premises were asked by CDM Involver. The results serve as the starting point for planning. In addition, the hope was that the brand would be visible in the premises in a similar way to Meitan Joensuu’s offices and that ecology would be taken into account by utilizing the existing furniture as much as possible. Emphasis was also placed on ergonomics and clean desk thinking. Only electric desks and adjustable chairs are used. When work is done in shared workstations and conference rooms, it is important that the premises are left clean after personal use.
